ABOUT KYRA DALTON
Kyra is a Certified Personal Trainer and AFPA Certified Pre-Postnatal Fitness Specialist. With 10 years of fitness experience and 3 pregnancies under her belt, she decided to take her knowledge and experience and create prenatal programs not only designed to be safe for mama & baby, but to build strength through heavy resistance training and intense programming designed to prepare all mothers for the challenges of pregnancy, labor and postpartum recovery. Exhausted from seeing low impact and low intensity prenatal programs, Kyra decided to design programs for the mothers seeking to build strength and resilience. And from that passion, Kyra Dalton Fitness was born.
