CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes, login to via a desktop browser to access your payment information and cancel your subscription. If having troubles, contact us and we will cancel.

Can I start even if I'm past the 1st Trimester?

Yes, however we will always start you at the beginning of the baby building blocks to ensure you have built the proper foundation. We do not recommend skipping ahead unless you are an advanced level client.

Premium membership will have access to full library of on-demand workouts, however we do not advise you stray from the phased building blocks program unless you're an advanced level client.

What if I'm not pregnant?

Our fitness premium membership comes with a phased 30 week program and full access to our on-demand library, as well as amazing fitness app integrations. Anyone can use these workouts even if not pregnant.

All clients must sign a liability waiver during signup and pregnant women must disclose additional information/ have clearance from their OBGYN or Midwife.

Is it safe to excersice while pregnant?


For many people, staying active during pregnancy is part of a healthy routine — but every pregnancy is different, and only your healthcare provider can tell you what's right for you. That's why we strongly recommend getting clearance from your OB, midwife, or qualified provider before starting the prenatal program. Our programming is designed by a certified prenatal fitness specialist, but it's fitness guidance, not medical advice, and it doesn't replace the care of your provider. If your provider gives you the green light, we're here to support you every step of the way.
